Test on ARM64

LDC should work on ARM64, as well.
This should be tested.

Manually, at least; still better than nothing.

Building and testing other platforms can easily be done with docker buildx, which uses QEMU when necessary.
E.g. Debian supports these platforms:

• linux/386
• linux/amd64/v1,v2,v3
• linux/arm/v5,v7
• linux/arm64/v8
• linux/mips64le
• linux/ppc64le
• linux/s390x (IBM Z)

AArch64 hardware seems to suffer from supply shortages all over at the moment.
AArch64 VPS and droplets appear to be a scarce resource right now.

I could prolly get a RPi 5 with 16 GB of RAM — but:
I’d prefer not to build images on my own hardware at home.
They also got quite expensive these days.

Even the cheapest Mac mini costs well beyond € 1,100 over here.

I suppose an important question is whether

• we just want to test it (occasionally)
• or if we want to publish the whole set of images for AArch64.
