1. Add the `Containerfile` for Open D to the upstream repository. 2. Adjust so that it copies the built files straight from within the CI build. 3. Have their CI build and push their own images automatically. 4. Deprecate `ghcr.io/dlang-dockerized/opend`. (Or sync with upstream builds.)
