Summary

  • add a Prometheus-compatible /metrics endpoint
  • record request counters plus duration, queue wait, streamed first-event latency, byte, and token telemetry
  • document the new metrics surface and update the roadmap

Validation

  • go test ./...
  • make check
  • make package-smoke GOOS=linux GOARCH=amd64
  • make docker-smoke
