Conference data refresh (2026/2027)

Researched every conference in scripts/recurring_conferences.seed.yaml against official sources for the current (2026) and next (2027) year.

Updated

• ACM BCB 2026 — Abstract deadline 2026-02-28 → 2026-03-01 (extended by organizers); added Full Paper deadline 2026-03-08. Source: acm-bcb.org/call_for_papers.php.
• BMES 2026 — added deadlines: General abstracts 2026-06-01, Late-breaking abstracts 2026-08-03. Source: bmes.org.
• ISMB 2027 — added official year link https://www.iscb.org/ismbeccb2027/home.
• RECOMB 2027 — added dates 2027-05-17 to 2027-05-20 (satellite meetings May 15–16) and updated link to https://recomb.org/recomb2027.
• WABI 2027 — updated link to the dedicated year site https://wabi2027.hgc.jp (still no confirmed dates — see below).
