Windows only: the installer patches the OpenCode Desktop installation under %LOCALAPPDATA%. macOS and Linux are not supported yet.

The installer downloads the background assets on demand from GitHub Releases and caches them locally in ~/.opencode-deepseek-cache, keeping the repository light.
