The example's Linux and Windows runner scaffolding predates native-assets support and never copies the code assets emitted to build/native_assets/{linux,windows}/ into the bundle, so FFI fails at runtime with missing-library errors. Add the native-assets install blocks that current Flutter (flutter create) generates by default.
