This improves performance of the flow tracking by another 40% in 3d (smaller gains in 2d, but it's so fast at this point that we likely can't benchmark properly). However, this relies on architecture-specialized kernels, so the gains won't translate directly to Mac and need to be retested on Win. I have added prompts to start the respective campaings. cc @anwai98 |

Large gains made by Fable 5.1. Will double check on second system (my laptop) before merging.
