- Bump all deps (TypeScript 7, Vite 8, Vitest 5, Biome 2.5, React 19.3, ...)
- Rename @arrhes/* to @comptasse/*, domains, emails and UI text
- Publish ghcr.io/comptasse/fec:{VERSION}
- Migrate tsconfig/biome/vitest configs for new majors
- Bump all deps (TypeScript 7, Vite 8, Vitest 5, Biome 2.5, React 19.3, ...)
