personas: add Tracy as the fantasy counterpart to Rez, deepen Reiner - #35

Rez gives NIGHTGRID a genre-authority seat: prior art, homage versus cliche, and whether a name is free to take. d20Mob had no equivalent, and it carries SRD licensing exposure no persona owned. Tracy lands as Fantasy Genre Advisor, built on the Rez template slot for slot and count for count. The one heading that differs is Provenance and Licensing Standards, widened from Rez's Provenance Standards because the SRD-versus-Product-Identity call is the sharp edge in this genre. The Homage Meter is left identical on purpose so two genre advisors grade on one scale. Reiner takes additive edits instead of a third persona being created: the first domain bullet widens to admit roleplaying games, two RPG systems bullets are added, and the lane paragraph gains the Tracy boundary. The title is untouched, since three parsers split on it. Placement follows the two defects the Rez port exposed: the TEAM.md section goes before the Game Development Team H2 rather than being appended, and the tiers.conf entry sits inside the Opus block. Roster is nineteen. tests/run.sh 296/296. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01ADc78GKp9UPozDYyiuLqQm

Summary
Rez gives NIGHTGRID a genre-authority seat: prior art, homage versus cliché, and whether a name is free to take. d20Mob had no equivalent, and it carries SRD licensing exposure that no persona owned.
This adds Tracy, Fantasy Genre Advisor, and deepens Reiner with the d20 lane rather than creating a third persona. Roster is nineteen.
Full write-up:
docs/proposals/d20mob-genre-advisor.md.The pattern being extended
Every game project in this repo already gets a domain-authority seat that verifies rather than produces. Tracy fills the gap:
Why fantasy needed it more than cyberpunk did
The d20Mob Brand Identity Guide already mandates SRD 5.1 CC-BY attribution, and the Mechanics Analysis confirms the licensing posture holds. Neither addresses which names the SRD actually contains.
The Phase 1 bestiary is clean: Ghoul, Troll, Kobold, Wraith and Dire Wolf are all SRD content. The marquee creatures players ask for by name are Product Identity and never entered any SRD. That trap fires at illustration-commission time, not at review time.
Tracy

Nobody on the roster writes fantasy prose. d20Mob's Engagement Analysis shows DM Dialogue, lore fragments, and a Lore XP track as real content surfaces; Ernie is WW2-specific and Toni writes marketing rather than in-world copy. That is an Ernie-analogue seat, not a Rez-analogue seat, and folding both lanes into Tracy would break the lane discipline enforced everywhere else. Recorded in the proposal so the omission is a decision.
