Avoid changing Syncthing's default log level - #242

Previously, enabling debug mode in the app would result in Syncthing's default log level being set to debug. This was added to provide an easy way to enable debug logs, but it turns out Syncthing already has a UI for this in Web UI -> Logs -> Debugging Facilities.
