Visual Contrast on collection tabs

We're doing a FlexTrans mini-workshop. It is very hard to see the FlexTools borders between tabs and know which tab is selected, especially on some screens. It would be helpful to have darker tab borders and obvious shading/highlighting on the active tab (even though it is in the status bar).

Ron suggests a visually distinct background for the area. He says "It would be nice to say to people 'In the light blue area, you will see the tabs'."

When we tell someone on Zoom to click on the Tools tab, they sometimes struggle to find where it is.
