What it Does

1. [@todo] - Prompt user for input
2. Clone devWPScaffold - A typescript and SCSS base for wordpress development
3. Clone wordpress - Latest version of WP
4. Create Package.json for development and compilations of assets
5. Create a Vagrantfile - for running site locally
6. Create theme folder and Helper folder
7. Initialize git
8. Clone detect-mobile into helpers
9. Create Theme Declaration
