you have to run make full_config or whatever that command is in aarch64 host too for kernel-6.18. This line should get updated - |

Description of changes:
Bump Bottlerocket SDK from v0.78.0 to v0.79.0.
Also update kernel configs associated with Rust 1.97.1.
Testing done:
Built both archs on both archs.
