Add aliases for mods

For native English speakers, the ability to quickly scan through lengthy English tables and grasp their general content might be an innate talent, but this is unlikely to be the case for non-native English speakers.

Therefore, being able to add and display aliases for mods would be tremendously helpful for me and other non-native English speakers.

1.28 scope decision: implement this as an Irony-only display alias, not a real mod rename.

Key behavior/architecture:

• Preserve the canonical mod Name everywhere. Do not overwrite it with the alias.
• Persist aliases in Irony-owned preferences/database state, using the mod descriptor filename as the durable identity. Scope by game + descriptor filename as appropriate to the existing storage model.
• Do not key aliases by RemoteId (not unique/reliable for local copies/forks) or by mod name.
• Alias is presentation metadata only. It must not affect descriptors, Steam/Paradox metadata, collection/load-order identity, merge/export behavior, Conflict Solver identity, or other canonical mod semantics.
• Installed Mods and Collection Mods should display the alias when present, with the canonical/original mod name still accessible (for example via tooltip/secondary text).
• Search/filter should match both the canonical mod name and the alias.
• Name sorting must remain based on the canonical mod name, not the alias. The existing name sort has semantic value for load-order guidance and must not be changed by a user-defined display alias.
• Provide a simple alias-management UI (new screen is acceptable) with add/edit and clear/reset behavior.

The feature is intentionally a user-facing display override only.
