…=true getLatestAppVersionId and the post-upload version resolution read profile.appVersions from the distribution profile-detail response. The backend embeds app versions by default today, but the profile-detail endpoints are moving to opt-in embedding (BE-9216 shipped this for publish and enterprise store). Requesting addAppVersions=true explicitly keeps these flows working if the distribution default flips later; the parameter already exists on the backend, so this is a no-op today.
