[Pipe][Backport 1.3] Add receiver session authentication integration tests

Description

Backport #18395 (commit 303686e86044b0ca95e359f7f9d58afcf91d4b8e) to dev/1.3.

This adds integration-test coverage for legacy pipe receiver permissions and auto-creation behavior, DataNode/ConfigNode receiver sessions, and two-stage aggregation source credentials.

dev/1.3 adaptations

• Map the two-stage aggregation test to the dev/1.3 autocreate test hierarchy and category.
• Use the dev/1.3 Deletion package and USE_PIPE privilege syntax.
• Use the Commons IO FileUtils available on this branch.

Verification

• mvn spotless:apply -pl integration-test -Pwith-integration-tests
• mvn test-compile -DskipTests -Drat.skip=true -Ddevelocity.off=true -pl integration-test -Pwith-integration-tests
  • BUILD SUCCESS; Checkstyle and Spotless passed; 482 test source files compiled.
• The three single-cluster ITs were attempted locally, but the test ConfigNode failed before test execution because ANTLR 4.9.3-generated classes were loaded with ANTLR runtime 4.13.2.
