six-criteria rubric with user-adjustable weighting, plus accounts, watchlists, and comparison tools.
Behind it runs a scheduled Anthropic API pipeline of ~20 modules with a dedicated verification stage
that checks generated output before publication, so a bad generation is caught by the pipeline
instead of by a reader.

24,760 NYC commercial mortgages (~$245B), refreshed monthly. Reconciles three public record sources
(ACRIS, PLUTO, Department of Finance) that key on different identifiers and refresh on different
cadences, with deterministic conflict rules so a monthly refresh cannot silently rewrite prior
output.
