The star history chart in the README is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so the image fails to load. Update the chart to a working alternative in both README.md and README_zh.md.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken and no longer renders because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This change points the chart to a working alternative in both README.md and README_zh.md so the chart displays again.
