Specify server-side encryption

Hi,
is it possible to specify server-side encryption when using the S3 File System ?
It would be great to have an option to pass when creating the FS to specify the encryption of each object saved, like it's possible now for the S3 storage class for instance. If this option is not yet available, could you point me out to where I could / should modify the code to implement this in the library ?

I have a solution that sets the header for transparent server side encryption, in case you don't want to use your own keys. This may be helpful for old buckets that were created before the option to enable transparent encryption by default.
