Working in HEC-RAS 2D I'm able to introduce an inflow hydrograph boundary condition parallel to an existing channel within the 2D domain.
Not within a 2D domain, but it would be helpful to be able to assign subcatchments outlets and inflow hydrographs as parallel linear distribution to an open channel conduit in SWMM.. instead of having to break up the analysis into tedious and much less accurate nodal assignments.
