fix: recover stalled SABR playback

Summary

• consume @typetype/mse 0.1.57
• recover a stalled SABR segment through the existing fresh-session path
• keep the frontend application version at 1.7.0

Production behavior

• a segment request that remains pending until its bounded polling budget is exhausted now starts one fresh SABR session instead of leaving playback stuck
• no server, database, or environment change is required
• autoplay policy and normal 202 polling behavior are unchanged

Runtime verification

• TypeType-Player npm-v0.1.57 is published and verified on npm
• frontend dev image passed quality, coverage, build, and Docker workflows
• stable rollout must verify a real YouTube VOD after deployment
