Add Threadsmith daily progress mode

Summary

• add Daily Progress Card output rules so ordinary approved work can avoid full audit closeouts
• add work bundle, rolling closeout, role packet sparsening, and value checkpoint guidance to the Threadsmith skill contracts
• extend runtime recommendation metadata with output shape, role packet policy, and writeback status visibility
• cover daily progress metadata, bundle budget, and visibility escalation in runtime tests and fixtures
