What does this PR do?
This PR refactors the entire CRC Sim repository from Ryan's work to today. It is now a package and current analyses are run via the
analysis.qmdnotebook foudn incrcsim/notebooks/analysis.qmd. Note that certain amounts of data are saved and a graph is drawn at the end of the notebook.Tests do not currently work for the package. They should not be tested at the moment. This is just to reset the entire project and get us to a working steady state to write with. Tests will be next.
