this fixes the build issues seen in https://github.com/SwissDataScienceCenter/renku-cli/actions/runs/33605931560/job/100169802189
we disable all reqwest default features, but our vendored-openssl feature did not enable any tls relevant feature, so we ended up without any tls enabled in reqwest.
