The site still described Swarm 0.1.0, Guard 0.1.1, and Conductor Stage 2. Update the landing page, canonical guides, generated HTML, and llms.txt to Swarm 0.3.0, Guard 0.2.0, Conductor 0.4.0, and Browser 0.7.0, with exact source commits and manifest digests.
Document Swarm branch publication and inventory-bound cleanup, Guard’s optional fail-open Bash reporter and preserved upgrade rules, and Conductor’s attended preview/receipt/apply workflow and exact Herdr 0.7.5 requirement. Add startup validation guidance and strengthen local reference checks for relative paths, assets, and fragment anchors.
Validation: generated-doc freshness; checker selftests and sibling manifest comparison; Python compilation; git diff --check; all six routes at desktop 1440x1000 and mobile 390x844 with no page errors, broken images, or horizontal overflow; external HTTP references returned 200.
Source follow-ups: StructuPath/herdr-browser#9, StructuPath/herdr-guard#5, StructuPath/herdr-swarm#12, and StructuPath/herdr-conductor#6. Merge the source follow-ups before this site PR so installation from main includes the documented diagnostics and cleanup fixes. Pinned runtime versions are unchanged; readiness fixes are unreleased. Historical compatibility evidence is distinguished from bounded new smoke tests. Conductor’s exact Herdr 0.7.5 live validation remains unavailable locally.
Publishing configuration and CNAME are unchanged. This PR follows the already merged Browser onboarding PR #4.
