Prepare the repository for FPP 10 by updating the relevant files and configuration so the project builds and runs with the new FPP 10 runtime. The changes are focused on compatibility updates and small adjustments; no major feature work is introduced in this draft.
Will address #69 and FalconChristmas/fpp-data#184
