- Feature PR (with a chat fix): optimistic worktree launch messaging, PR merge-base sync + sidebar sync badges, and project location icons in selectors
- Show optimistic user messages and "Creating worktree…" state while a thread's worktree provisions, and clean up the placeholder if launch is canceled
- Sync merged PR bases into worktree projects and surface sync badges across sidebar thread and worktree groups
- Show project location icons (local vs remote) in project selectors across MCP, skills, GitHub Actions, schedules, and other pickers
- Fix chat so trailing goal updates don't reopen completed turns; bump the remote protocol to v2 for the new launch message contract
- Surface the user's prompt immediately while worktree provisioning runs ("Creating worktree…")
- Track pending launch user message item ids through launch, remote, and ACP flows
- Add a turn elapsed-time indicator to the chat pane
- Handle provisioning threads in delete, view, and app store state
- Bump remote protocol version to 2 and gate capabilities on it
