Commit the project-level Code Style settings (matching Google Checkstyle: 2-space indent, alphabetical single-block imports, operator-sign-on-next-line wrapping, non-aligned Javadoc continuation) so anyone opening the repo in IntelliJ gets the same formatter behavior automatically, instead of having to import google_checks.xml by hand.
