HR Systems & AI Automation Builder based in Indonesia
I combine hands-on HR operations experience with software, AI, and workflow automation to build practical systems for Indonesian teams and growing businesses.
My focus is not automation for its own sake. I start with the workflow, understand the operational risks, and then choose the simplest technology that can produce a reliable result.
- HR operations and people-process automation
- AI-assisted document and data workflows
- Lightweight internal tools for growing teams
- Indonesian-first products, localization, and compliance resources
- Privacy-conscious, testable, and maintainable systems
A free, privacy-first library of ready-to-use HR spreadsheet templates for Indonesian teams.
It generates customizable XLSX files for attendance, leave, PPh21, THR, BPJS, performance reviews, overtime, turnover, and employee master data—without requiring an account or storing employee information.
Built with: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, ExcelJS, Vitest, and GitHub Actions.
A self-hostable document-to-data workflow for Indonesian business documents.
Users can upload invoices, receipts, tax invoices, transfer proofs, and purchase orders; review extracted fields; and export structured results to CSV, XLSX, or JSON.
Built with: Next.js, TypeScript, SQLite, configurable LLM and vision endpoints, API-key authentication, automated tests, and Docker deployment.
Data handling depends on the model endpoint configured by the operator. A locally hosted model can be used when stronger data-control requirements apply.
A public-good Indonesian labor-rights knowledge base built around concise reference cards and official legal sources.
The project includes source validation, structured content checks, privacy-preserving browser tools, accessibility work, automated testing, and a documented regulatory-review workflow.

- Indonesian language pack — merged upstream
- Responsive wide-table documentation fix — merged upstream
These contributions added Indonesian localization for spreadsheet functions and improved documentation accessibility on narrow screens.
- Understand the real workflow and the people using it.
- Identify repetitive work, failure points, and sensitive data.
- Choose the smallest useful technical intervention.
- Build with clear boundaries, validation, documentation, and tests.
- Measure whether the system actually improves the operation.
I am developing my practice around AI, workflow automation, and internal systems for HR teams and Indonesian SMEs.
I am especially interested in projects involving:
- HR workflow assessment and redesign
- Spreadsheet and reporting automation
- Document extraction and structured-data pipelines
- AI-assisted internal tools with human review
- Practical prototypes that can grow into maintainable systems
