Localized all UI strings to Chinese in the main window, menubar, properties, and buffer components. Added Chinese font support for ImGui on Windows. Updated CMake and GLFW build logic to prefer system or local sources, falling back to vcpkg or error if not found, and switched to HTTP download for GLFW in CMakeLists.txt.
