Bind reusable doctor/monitor/drift to LIFECYCLE_PREFLIGHT profiles only so tqqq_growth_income stays on its dedicated lane, and freeze the Global ETF absolute-volatility future OOS contract through 2027-09-30. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
