Summary

  • Forward runtime_risk_limits through the UES risk-gate adapter so SOXL runtime caps reach QPK assessment.
  • Pin quant-platform-kit to 68c51590da8a5097b7de6d75b4ccb6a175318b48 (QPK PR604) so the dependency provides the matching API without a PYTHONPATH worktree.

Test plan

  • uv sync against the updated pin
  • .venv/bin/python -m pytest tests/test_entrypoint_risk_gate.py -q → 31 passed
