The strict index ETF runner needs raw execution prices, market status, calendar and corporate-action inputs that the existing learning CSV does not provide. Add a local JSON importer that retains source bytes and license evidence, validates through the actual CN consumer, and publishes the immutable manifest to both existing private vaults.
Keep synthetic input as the default. A historical declaration cannot grant trusted provenance or promotion authority; the owning research job must independently approve the exact input root. Missing fields, unsafe paths, changed content or an incomplete second vault fail without claiming successful publication. Existing acquisition and publication paths remain unchanged.
Pin the published CN and QPK revisions in package metadata and the lockfile. A fresh installation without source overrides verified both exact installed commits and passed all 145 repository tests with networking denied. Dependency checks, Ruff, diff checks and wheel/sdist builds passed. Independent review covered actual consumer readback and recovery after the second vault fails. No real market data was acquired and no model, shadow or trading run was started.
