Adds a small gizmo showing the current mode, target and whether hot-reload succeeded or failed.
Does not crash when the next hot-reload build fails. Instead, displays the red light. Yellow is displayed if there are any warnings in the hot-reloaded code whereas green is displayed if everything is hunky dory.
Probably best to rebase on top of #38 and then merge.
