fix: repair Pages theme, detail routes, and examples

Fixes

• make custom homepage/catalog surfaces derive their colors from the active Material palette so dark mode changes those backgrounds correctly
• publish each Core Skill, profile, modifier, language adapter, and framework adapter canonical Markdown file as the component directory index, so clean catalogue URLs resolve instead of 404ing
• generate a human-readable page for every evaluation scenario and link the Examples catalogue to those local pages instead of directly to repository YAML
• include request, repository evidence, expected context/profile/modifiers/adapters, skill modes, conflict decisions, significant decisions, principles under test, forbidden outcomes, and the scenario source on generated example pages

Verification

A temporary branch-only workflow (removed before this PR) ran successfully with:

• repository validation + normative lint
• documentation generation
• explicit checks for representative profile/modifier/language/framework/example detail routes
• explicit check that the Examples catalogue contains no direct repository scenario links
• mkdocs build

The distribution manifest was refreshed using the repository's existing manifest generator.
