control: add complete VXE R1 SE+ support

Summary

• expose the complete hardware-verified VXE R1 SE+ settings surface
• add four-bank configuration selection with readback and block switching while staged writes exist
• display lossless onboard button assignments without enabling button, shortcut, or macro writes
• add receiver online/RF/pairing telemetry and an exact-device pairing flow for 0x3554:0xf58e
• require an observed pairing countdown followed by terminal status 2 and online telemetry
• bind asynchronous profile/pairing updates to the originating HID device
• expose R1 stage colors, DPI lighting, straight-line correction, performance, and ultra-long-range controls
• order stage-count increases before dependent writes and reductions after them; discard removed-stage edits
• pin the lockfile to protocol PR feat(logitech): Verify more profile formats & automatically detect limits (DPI, Polling Rate) #53 commit 2bd619c through the approved upstream repository URL

Depends on OpenMouse-Project/mouse-protocol#53 and should merge after it.

Hardware verification

Verified in Chromium on VXE R1 SE+ firmware 3.15 and VXE Mouse 1K Dongle firmware 1.10:

• switched banks 1 through 4 through the UI with readback and restored bank 1
• completed receiver pairing through the new UI using the physical left + wheel + right gesture
• UI reported the pairing countdown, terminal success, and mouse online state
• profiles 0-2 retained their exact hashes after pairing; profile 3 retained its vendor-supported cleared-macro state

Validation

• clean npm ci resolves and builds protocol commit 2bd619c from the upstream PR ref
• npm run check: production build and 118 tests passed
• git diff --check passed
• protocol dependency passed build, 858 tests, and package dry-run
