TUI option

Adding tui option for running nuSpaceSim. This makes discovery of all cli options quite straight forward for new users.
The simplest solution is using trogon (https://github.com/Textualize/trogon) this is based on our click cli and maintained by the people from textualiz(https://github.com/Textualize) which means it should be here to stay for a while. It is easy installable via pip.
It looks like this
