Description

This PR adds a quickstart example to run on Google Colab.

Usage

Users should be able to run this in Colab using a link like this:

https://colab.research.google.com/github/NVIDIA-BioNeMo/BioNeMo-Inference-Runtime/blob/main/examples/quickstart/colab_bionemo_ir.ipynb

Hi @anas-rz , thank you for taking the time to put this together! A Colab quickstart is a great idea, and we really appreciate the contribution.

Our team is currently focused on a set of core priorities following our recent launch, so we need to hold on merging this for now as it will require testing/validation from our side. We'd like to revisit adding a Colab quickstart a bit further down the road, once we can give it the proper review and make sure it runs cleanly and stays working as the library evolves.

We will keep this PR on our radar and roadmap. Thanks again for your contribution.
