I would suggest closing this PR. we can control whether the stitching occurs simply by modifying the parameters in Prefect Cloud, no need to do this in code, unless you want to do it permanently

Reason:
Tiled is suffering from the
ReadTimeoutissue again, and since this cycle started, the success rate for these queries tocms/migrationhas dropped to only ~50%.
