Summary
Re-verified Blacksmith, Ubicloud, Buddy and Harness against current vendor sources. Ubicloud now states a $2.50 monthly credit; its 1,250-minute example corresponds to the premium two-vCPU rate. Harness is recorded as conditional CI credit entitlement, with account restrictions and no universal credits-to-minutes assumption. Review deadlines are staggered.
The unchanged pinned Checkov action currently declares image tag 3.3.13; update the exposure registry from 3.3.11 without claiming the transitive image is digest-pinned. Generated free-tier documentation follows the catalog.

No workflow, credential or runtime operation is added. The Checkov mutable-image exposure remains explicit; recording its current tag does not remove that exposure.

Validation
The complete validator passed all core, touched and scheduled checks after regeneration. Existing release tag 0.1.16 was fetched for local ledger verification. Sources are linked in the changed catalog records; the pinned Checkov action definition was read directly.
