CESM Python Post Processing Required Input Data Sets

The CESM diagnostics code scripts included in this repository require observational and mapping data sets that are not included in this repository.

Currently, these data sets reside on the NCAR glade storage disk and in NCAR-CGD hosted SVN repos. The PDF link below lists the data sets required by each component's diagnostics code, location on disk, and size in Gbytes.

NCAR yellowstone users do not need to install any of these datasets in their local working directories. The machine_postprocess.xml entries for yellowstone are already configured to point to the shared input data directories on glade.

Users on machines other than yellowstone will need to install these input data sets and update the machine_postprocess.xml entries as part of porting. Detailed instructions for porting to a new machine will be added to the wiki at a future date. Please see issue #32 for details.
