[Bug]: Leaderboard shows RIX region repeater from wrong region (TLL)

Description:
I guess this is more a web bug, but in RIX region Leaderboard best Range shows Repeater named Virtsu from TLL region. While this is would be valid for Baltic region, it is not valid for RIX.
