Summary

• retain Docker binding addresses when a provider forces TCP connections
• map IPv4 and IPv6 wildcard publications to their matching loopback addresses
• preserve emulator-specific preferred hosts
• update MSSQL regression coverage for IPv4, IPv6, wildcard, and explicit bindings

Tests

• 47 Docker-discovery tests passed, 32 opt-in integration tests skipped
• 1,049 unit tests passed, 2 skipped
• focused Ruff checks passed
