[Bug] Vertical Split Screen No Longer Able to be Resized Correctly

Describe the bug

Prior to the latest update, you could resize the splitscreen however you wanted. Now, it forces half of the screen to be taken up if set to full screen-

-or resizes strangely while showing the title on non-full screen resizing.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. In the open apps menu, tap the three vertical dots and open Split View
2. Open another app to complete split view
3. Attempt to resize the PipePipe application
