[Bug] Changing a channel group name or icon does not update main tabs

Describe the bug

If a channel group is added to main tabs, changing the channel group name or icon does not update the main tab name (long press on the tab to see) or icon, even after restarting PipePipe.

The channel group must be removed and re-added to main tabs to reflect the changes.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Add a channel group to main tabs
2. Change the name or icon of the channel group (on Subscriptions tab)
3. Check the name or icon of the channel group's main tab, no change
4. Restart app, no change

Additional context

Different issue from #2653, but possibly related cause (how the main tab name and icon is stored?)
