Add a DTK-based Hygon development image with the build and test dependencies required by InfiniRT, InfiniOps, InfiniCore, and InfiniLM. Pin Xmake and its package recipes, and pre-populate matching Boost and pybind11 packages so fresh containers do not depend on mutable recipes or repeated package builds. Document the isolated mainline build, Qwen3 inference, operator tracing, runtime dependency checks, and per-run cleanup workflow.
