Code Review
This pull request attempts to upgrade the base Docker image in the Dockerfile from Ubuntu 24.04 to Ubuntu 26.04. The reviewer correctly points out that Ubuntu 26.04 is not yet a released stable LTS version, which will cause the Docker build to fail due to missing images and package incompatibilities, and recommends reverting to Ubuntu 24.04.

Ubuntu 26.04 is not yet a released stable LTS version. Upgrading to this tag will cause the Docker build to fail because the image does not exist or is highly unstable. Additionally, many of the packages and repositories configured in this Dockerfile (such as the Microsoft ODBC driver and deprecated apt-key usage) are not compatible with Ubuntu 26.04. It is recommended to keep the base image at Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
