Refs GAF-734

  • 0.0.2 is the first release with a working command, v0.0.1 was the skeleton only.
  • The README release steps assumed pushing straight to main. Rewritten for the actual flow: bump through a pull request, then tag the merge commit.

Once this merges I tag the merge commit v0.0.2 and the publish workflow does the rest.
