change `intro.md` to `index.html.md`

Currently directory indexes are served as intro.md.

I suggest using the convention from llms.txt to name the file index.html.md for consistency with other websites.

We furthermore propose that pages on websites that have information that might be useful for LLMs to read provide a clean markdown version of those pages at the same URL as the original page, but with .md appended. (URLs without file names should append index.html.md instead.)

We looked into this and here's where we landed:

The llms.txt convention has real traction — ~2,200 GitHub stars, 1,400+ sites in their directory, adopted by Anthropic, Cloudflare, Stripe, Vercel, and others. So the spec itself is worth paying attention to.

However, adoption of the per-page .md URL convention (Part B of the spec) is very thin. Almost all adopters only implement Part A (the root /llms.txt index file with links). No LLM tools currently auto-discover index.html.md by convention — they rely on links from the root /llms.txt file. Even MCP's own site (modelcontextprotocol.io) uses plain index.md, not index.html.md.

The ecosystem is also fragmenting on how to deliver markdown to agents. Cloudflare recently launched a Markdown for Agents feature that takes a completely different approach — HTTP content negotiation via Accept: text/markdown headers, converting HTML to markdown on-the-fly at the edge. No separate .md URLs at all. No mention of llms.txt. So there isn't a single standard winning yet.

On index.html.md specifically — the double extension looks odd and could cause issues with some server configs or CDNs. If we were to change from intro.md, we'd lean toward index.md which is simpler and still aligns with the general convention.

That said, we're open to making this change in a future release. It would be a breaking change for anyone with existing links to intro.md URLs, so we'd want to handle it thoughtfully (likely a config option or a minor version bump with migration notes). Keeping this open for now.
