Deleted messages still stayed in cache

I catched this bug while testing my thing with Flicker and reproduced it at oldcord staging and what's how to reproduce it:

1. You need channel with many messages so you can scroll
2. You need to send message from Flicker or receive one from client
3. Delete message
4. Scroll a bit to top and restore to same position

One of two simular things may happen

1. The message got restored at UI side
2. The message got restored at UI side with same content ghosted message
